(if you're referring to the way a manga is read, traditionally read from the right side of the page to the left...if you are asking about how to access manga, use search, or the directory and click on the images, then use the hyperlinks further down the page page to access the actual manga - they are ordered by chapter, then click on each page to flip the pages (or use the left/right arrow keys)
Manga (Japanese "comics") are read from right to left. Japanese books are also read from right to left. Manhwas (Korean "comics") are read from left to right, same with their books. In order to flip the pages, either you click on the page, right side usually, or you click on the arrows next to the page numbers. You won't be able to read raws unless you can read Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.

You read most from Left to Right but there are a couple like totally Captivated that you read right to left
