This is a rare example of a BL that centers the kinship between two queer people over the romantic aspects. It brought me back to my own memories growing up in a small town and navigating a bigoted environment with the 1-2 queer friends I clung onto. I love these types of dynamics and I hope to see more.

WOW I haven't seen a BL where they do the leg wrap squeeze thing, it's such a great observed behavior. The author does such an amazing job depicting natural human features and behavior. The way they stand, hold their arms idly, nothing is spared from careful consideration!
