Ogus's Law fits to exactly. It's a Supernatural College with a REALLY interesting plot. It's a Manhua but the translation is good and it's as close to smutty as a manhua can get so it ends up being mostly sexy tension with a few slightly more explicit scenes. I highly recommend!
