For all we know OG could have been killed if the Duke didn't fall in love at first sight Like they literally INVADED her country for fucks sake It could have ended sooooo much worse 2.she was just shipped off with the enemy and had to marry him (there was 0 guarantee that she wouldn't be tortured,imprisoned or abused in an other way) and realistically her only desirable feature from an enemies point of view is her heritage, so the thought of her being dragged away to become a birthing machine isn't far off 3.and not that it matters much but from a nobel standpoint she had to live with the possibility to be shamed/harassed publicly for being from a "fallen country" It's not like she could just leave this cesspool So it's no wonder she's angry, probably scared too and very VERY DEFENSIVE Who WOULDN'T?

To summarize OG got sold off, basically was trapped (in marriage) with an enemy ,verbally harassed by everyone around her because she didn't appreciate this shitty situation she got unwillingly dragged in She didn't trust anyone in the enemy country and kept a distance from everyone, resulting in gaining the title evil wife for having some angry outbursts (from what i read it was just shouting-and to be fair who wouldn't be mad at this situation???) Which I think are more out of build up frustration (probably misses her family/country ,somewhere safe,to have at least someone supportive on her side,also prob. not wanting to be in enemy lines anymore,nor being forced to be the enemies birthing machine) So she hid away (probably waiting till the end, hoping to get back home)
And then the execution BRUH BRUUUH ARE U SERIOUS??? "She probably was angry cause we invaded her country so she poised him" valid reasoning so They do acknowledge that anger & being guarded are a natural response to all that bullshit Yet have the audacity to shame her for having them( before the poisoning ) AND yet again she gets dragged around by the mood of her enemies but this time resulting in her death
Now MC is parading around "trying to make it up" to the Duke ( ....what's there to make up????) And WHY is the Duke behaving like he's had a great relationship with OG and got cheated on WHAT THE HELL do u mean u won't fall for her schemes again?????
