Hello! Uni is also killing me lmao. Here are some of my favorites although not exactly in line with what you said they are really good romance/nice escapist pieces in my opinion!
“Hotaru No Yomeiri” - the most in line with what you said however the male lead is more crazy lol but I swear after the first two chapters I was INVESTED, a lil plot heavy but the main relationship is pretty central overall
“The Strongest Characters In The World Are Obsessed With Me” - isekai, fluff
“I Became The Wife of the Male Lead” - isekai too but i love the main girl sm the drama btwn her and the ml is so good but it still maintains a nice level of fluff
