i think the MC picks up a dog or some kind of animal and takes him home.. then the animal turns into a human loafs around the MC's house? and they start to bone.
and the animal-who-is-now-a-person was abused by other humans so he wants to steal the MC's credit card and escape (because this man is a CON MAN) or something but doesn't because the of the power of love
