I don’t think Elliot did, because he is only related to Lucia, and HIS parents were still alive. Bea’s parents (Lucia’s mother) were the ones who died.
Not only that, but after Bea's mom married Elliot's dad and they had Lucilla, they seem to have gotten divorced almost immediately and Bea's mom remarried her dad and they had the other kids as well. So it is doubtful that Beatrice and Elliot were raised as though they were siblings. They probably stopped living under the same roof once the second divorce took place.
