Why is some writers uploading chapters that already are uploaded? can’t they do it where one left off please makes it so hard to keep up

Ain't it just uploader or scanlations?
If the previous translations were bad or left stuff out then the new translators try to tl those chapters too so readers can understand what's going on.
I get what you mean though, it's annoying to read a manga and go back to chapter 1 because of the weird chapter order.

I remember the first episodes was about a cat boy that was found on the street and the ml finds him and keeps him.. growing him into an adult and end up having a relationship with him.
It’s like a manga with multiple episodes 1-5 is one whole shot then episodes 6-10 are about a different couple and so on. I forgot the name, can anyone help? I remember one of the other stories is about a guy that is always typing the emotions in a notebook and ends up kidnapping the uke bcuz he’s the only one that made him feel something..
