Perf short story yaoi absolute cinemer anti 67 humor

I don’t get why it’s rated so low since this was a pretty funny read for me. I also thought it would have a comedy tag, but the lack of it actually works in favor of the story (if it did have a comedy tag you would expect it to SCREAM comedy, still the comedic undertones of the story reads HEAVY). It really is your typical ABO, except it’s blatant and dramatized enough that you do eventually come to understand that the author IS poking fun at the troupe and the typical circumstances they find themselves in, which is why we’re swinging from one scene to another and shifting moods along with. I think you can see this more particularly when the MC leaves the apartment after they’d just had their first night together; The ML is too quickly enraged and starts throwing a tantrum, only to hurt his hand then immediately calling his assistant (to most likely physically retrieve the mc back) only for the MC to arrive at his workplace.—Then rushing towards the ML upon seeing his bleeding hand as if he only has a few seconds left to live. Another scene is when the MC immediately gets into an accident after seeing the ML with his “ex-fiancée.” These characters are hopping from scene to scene, one emotion to another as if competing for the title of biggest bird. And really it’s so amusing to read, apart from the pleasing art style—the dialogue and their facial expressions are really entertaining, I was genuinely conjuring shoujo roses in the background. The ML also has no business being the way he is…You’re rich, handsome, and capable, it would have been more sensible to pursue the person you want “normally” especially because we’re given no traumatic background to his character whatsoever and he has a seemingly stable family life (based off his relationship with and the demeanor of his brother). He’s just a “crazy obsessed male lead” with no substance! The same thought applies to the bottom, even his family members aren’t draw properly because they’re really just tools to highlight the circumstance that make his character who he is. Moreover, even the ML’s brother points out how ridiculous they are. I think what really did it in for me was the dialogue during the pregnancy sex, gagged beyond disbelief. I also read the authors other work and you can say that they like writing typical strange couples. They’re so close to unlocking the immovable object x impenetrable force troupe!
p.s. real world scenarios in my yaoi when the side character alpha was rushing to the hospital because of his rut
