Cause if there's any redemption then it is gonna be so cliché and no one will pay attention to the top and only the bottom's body. I read enough manhwa to know fucked up sex will be the beginning of a character's downfall and make up sex will be there for the character's rise. This kind of relationship is too predictable.
Somehow old guy and MC dynamic falls into the typical tropes of shoujo like: "Oh, she doesn't need my body, she doesn't need my money. She's special, not like other girls."
