I understand why many people don't like Gyeol—they say he's impulsive, that he sleeps with Yesung instead of just hugging him, and so on—but you have to put yourself in his shoes: seeing the person you care about constantly covered in marks left by others isn't exactly the most pleasant feeling in the world. Besides, we don't even know his whole story; I've read comments from people who want to see Gyeol die along with that old pedophile.
