No one cheated but the ml got roped in a misunderstanding with his coworker after he woke up in the same bed as her, and thought they slept together while he was drunk because he couldn’t remember anything. When the fl asked the coworker, she lied and said that they did sleep together. This caused the main couple to fall apart and they decided to take some time off of their relationship to think things through. That was when the fl slept with a different man out of spite, but he turned out to be a voyeur and had filmed the fl. The voyeur guy was a sick bastard since the time he was in school; the ml was the only person who saw him as a friend. But, he too distanced himself after finding out that he secretly films people and that hurt the guy’s ego. So, he hated the ml and sought revenge by getting acquainted with the fl when she was depressed about the whole cheating ordeal. Later, after the main couple resolved things and got back together, they went to the voyeur guy to ask him to delete the fl’s videos but he refused, which lead to the fl and the other guy getting into a tussle. The guy slipped and the fl took the chance to let him die. When the ml found out about it, he wanted to take the blame for her and then they got really emotional and they kinda drove their car towards a truck. While the ml was injured and unconscious, the fl took the chance to turn herself in. She had to serve time because she didn’t alert authorities and was a witness in the other guy’s death. Right now, she’s out of prison and the ml is healed too, and he’s sort of chasing her. But she hasn’t given in cus she probably feels guilty and doesn’t want him to be associated with and ex-convict. Also, he just found out that they have a daughter together.
