They do end up together. Yohan saves Jun from an acid attack in university and Yohan gets hurt instead. This lead to a long healing period in the hospital and Yohan gets a slight disability in his hand due to it. This makes Jun incredibly guilty and feels like he has to take responsibility for Yohan. Add to the fact that Jun never stopped loving Yohan despite everything Yohan did. Jun even likes it more that Yohan got the slight disability and becomes more dependant on Jun. Jun also finds lots of Yohan's antics funny when they aren't directed at him. So yeah, Jun matches Yohan's freak. The specials here in the manhwa shows how their relationship is at the end.
