Im looking for a name of bl manhwa which i read where main character was studying in highschool and has a secret crush on a popular boy who was very sweet. MC gathers courage and confess his love only to be rejected fiercely by the person. Later on he discovered that the one who rejected him was his crush identical twin who is attending school in place of his crush because his crush his actually ill and admitted in hospital.
