Im looking for a name of bl manhwa which i read where main character was studying in highschool and has a secret crush on a popular boy who was very sweet. MC gathers courage and confess his love only to be rejected fiercely by the person. Later on he discovered that the one who rejected him was his crush identical twin who is attending school in place of his crush because his crush his actually ill and admitted in hospital.
this sounds like peak drama, must follow (let’s hope it’s found, I’m rooting for u!)

So apparently, they need the fl to be alive until they resolve the mist problem caused by the ml's brother? They want someone to be accountable of their mistake, so they put the blame on the fl because her house is near around the factories that causes the gas intoxication. After they resolved the problem, they're planning to execute her.
