It depends if you care about the romantic scenes that much. Since China has censorship, the manhua hides all the kiss and bed scenes. However, I highly recommend to just read both. This story is one of my favorites.

(⌒▽⌒) you should. The more you go in the story the better it gets. At first it's a bit boring but it gets very interesting as the plot develops.
