I always hate it when sickness is used as a plot device just for the parents to realize what they were doing is bad for their children (even worse if they still persistent) image and prestige can really messed one’s morality

I feel like the manhwa didn’t capture hee jae’s thoughts well compared to the novel. If I just read this I would be so confused with the way he talks and why he did they things he did lol I recommend reading the novel for more clarity of the plot
