1) Guwon isn't human and was made in some kind of facility, this explains why he doesn't know any basic stuff like writing and doesn't have basic human development like empathy and acts so childish because he wasn't made or treated as a human, he was made into some kind of war/killing machine but subconsciously I think he doesn't enjoy it aka when he cried while executing the guy but also doesn't understand why he doesn't like it when teacher slapped him after and he was confused. And maybe another experiment escaped that facility (or was let go on purpose because the town seems too perfect like it was built beforehand and for this same reason) and spread the disease and then Guwon was also let go to deal with it as a true killing machine to be used what he was made for. 2) The main hound (forgot his name) worked at that facility and this is why he knows so much about Guwon (I still don't understand what the moon means. Does it make Guwon stronger or weaker?)
