i don't understand people who still ship them, if you have read this (more than once) you realize how fucked up everything is and i'm not just talking about the murders. sangwoo's mother is the root of all his evil and he never truly loved bum, he just used him to control and reenact his trauma with his mother bc he saw so much of her in him. He wanted to be in control of the things that happened in his past and wanted to play the role of the 'husband' aka his father and bum playing the role of his mom. Him dressing bum in her clothes/ feminine clothing attest for this. In ch58 pg9 you see sangwoo ask bum if he wants to play 'house' where bum is the mother that stays at home to looks after her son. You also see bum's realization that his relationship with sangwoo is nothing more than a 'role' play. This makes the sexual scenes between sangwoo and bum very uncomfortable to read knowing he thinks of bum as his mom's replacement, his mother sexually abused and raped him, he found women that thought he was attractive or wanted to sleep with him and murdered them bc his mother always said he looked just like his father. His mother made him watch her having sex/ cheat on his father when he was just a child. The most traumatizing scene for me is when sangwoo called bum "mom'' during sex. Him saying "he liked it'' really broke me, bc clearly he is ashamed and embarrassed of getting turned on by the thought of her, victims of rape often have unwanted fantasies of their abusers. In multiple chapters you can see Sangwoo visualizing his mother's face whenever he is having sex with bum. The entire story is so fucked up and the more you read it the more i feel hurt for sangwoo. Yes he is a serial killer and nothing excuses it but what his mom did to him mentally is beyond help. Bum's feelings were always one sided I do not think sangwoo once cared for him. It was all just pretend. At the end they were just two broken people that used each other to escape their own problems.
Ty for pointing this out it took me a long time figure out this wasn't a bl, also in the story sangwoo point out many times he was straight (correct me if I'm wrong) But it felt weird when people romanticize a mess up and advise relationship. This was a fantastic story now I'm going read this story with a new lens. Also thank you again for bring this up.

wow i couldnt figure some things out and have been questioning this and that but you worded it so nicely and clearly,, it felt like i saw the light hahaha but your comment is EXACTLY what ive been searching for.
Is there any way to block a manga? Or hide it from the timeline? I finished reading killing stalking and it kinda fucked me up and everytime i see it on the main page it triggers me all over again when i just want to forget it exists completely.. if there isnt a block option for certain mangas i wish the admins would add one
I love that the murders are the least interesting part of the plot
