hold on, i don’t understand why everybody is hating on the ml so much? i get that readers are pretty biased to titania since she’s the fl and had hardships, i also feel for her but if this story was told through the ml’s pov, titania (in her first life) would be seen as a psychopath. we also have to understand that the imperial family and the duke’s family has been at odds for a long time so of course their family is going to be cautious and see titania as a threat since she’s seen as cleo’s ally/puppet. i haven’t read the novel yet so this is only my opinion but i don’t think that the ml hated titania when they first met, he literally complimented her but then she showed her crazy side which i guess changed his perspective of her. for the current timeline, i would still like to see a chasing arc from the ml tho bc i’m a sucker for those trope!

The god, she wanted to be love even if its only for a moment, she wanted to have a family who genuienly love her. Thats why babelog send her to korea but the price for that fleeting love is her life and she need to go back to her original world after her death.
But raymhoe still made a contract with god of darkness (in current life time ((later in the story)) he will give his body to god of darkness to basically destroy the world he aint mind as long as the god of darkness aint touch FL (while here fl lit turn back time to save the world... and he knows fl turned back time to save the world but this boho aint gaf)

liking the story so fr but the fl is lowkey giving me the ick… yeah she’s kind and all but i hope she learns to stand up for herself more and give a commanding presence she’s way too kind and weak for her own good that it’s irritating me a little. ik her pstd is bad but brah stand your ground!
I just want to humbly ask you if we're reading the same manga here because in my opinion, she is standing up for herself bit by bit! Before she couldn't stand up to someone especially one who's similar to her sister but in the middle, she stood up against her handmaiden's sister who also acts similar to her older sister. This is quite a feat for someone who had YEARS of intense trauma by her sister and the people around her who all pointed that she was useless, being compared to her sister no matter how much she effort she places in, and that she didn't deserve to be born because she "killed" her mother from birth.
FL doesn't have to give a commanding presence, as you put it, all of a sudden as this pace seems alright for someone recovering from that kind of traumatic experience. To each their own on how they will tackle on from their past but her slowly being able to get back up is valid and normal. I also like how she doesn't really stretch our her feelings for the ML while the ML had some doubts about everything but was immediately solved without worry.
Also, I don't think "giving the ick" is an appropriate wording for this as it usually connotates to heavily disgusts in tone as well. Might I suggest that the FL is not to your taste instead? As I assume from how you commentated, you are used to strong headed FLs.
yeah u were right about me using ick as the wrong word LOL i was sleepy asf when i typed that. i get that she's standing up for herself little by little and that's fine, i just find her character annoying sometimes bc like u said, i fw strong headed fls more. heck, even teo called her out in one chapter i agree that fl's character is realistic and a good depiction of how years of abuse and pstd affects you growing up but i am really hoping for her character to develop more into someone strong headed and can handle certain situations/confrontations better (similar to the fl of Being A Maid is Better Than Being A Princess) rather than remain weak minded and needing other people to come to her aid all the time.

read this on a whim but holy shit? it's so good and the plot had more depth and twists than i expected. i'm glad sera is alive and the twins reunited irl! i lowkey didn't want jia to end up with anyone but oh well, ig rowon was the safest choice... tho i wanted to root for jeongwon every ml looked ugly to me at first but i got past it and thankfully finished reading up until the latest chapter! hoping for sera and jae on to get married too
make sanga endgame, they have the strongest connection + he's not as creepy and freaky as the other two

ts peak as hell, started reading it from the villainess anthology then picked up the story itself after. celestine is a very unique character and i really like how she truly loves the prime minister. i'm glad the author didn't slim the PM down and make him look like a typical ML after marrying celestine bc there are many stories that does that celestine also reminds me of remilia from the one within the villainess because she's nice to those she loves and values but is still cunning and shrewd towards those who do her and her family wrong!
i really like the ludwig arc tho the ending was a bit underwhelming. all that build just for him to off himself the same night he escaped lol but ig it's fitting since he was really mentally deranged at that point. too bad tho i kinda wanted him to have a redemption arc and ship him with wester but oh well.
i hope we get to see more relationships in the future within the side characters like clara x wester or mark with a new character. also, i hope they show a timeskip with luka and how he will grow as a person, i hope he grows up like his parents!
