I read a manga where a guy caretaker was hired for his feminine name. He left his girlfriend and went to the family who hired him. They thought he was a girl but since he was a guy, they didnt want to hire him anymore. Anyway, the guy has sex with both sisters living in the house while the crippled mother doesn't know.
