not sure if this will be right up your alley since it's an entirely different trope, but in terms of horrifying depiction of things, it's pretty top-notch imo. The MC is basically the center of horror and isn't a reliable narrator, which is what makes reading it fun. The MC thinks she's in a normal villainess isekai manhwa but the rest of the cast act like they're in a horror story.
