Just like the last time when he was being rebellious and shit, it was all an act to get Nanmu's attention, although he didn't planned this I think him being scared and trembling is fake asf too cause he's only like this with Nanmu, everyone else can go to hell HAHA
Oh on second thought, maybe the cry was real? I forgot that Nanmu's life was on the Line and could have possibly been killed and shown to Pil-gyun. That would definitely scare the living shits out of him.
