Hachi running away is still normal for most people who discover that they are in love with their own same sex friend. Let's not forget that most gay people are still persecuted in their countries or seeing as lesser. Hachi seemed like he was also afraid of what Ritsu might think of him and his feelings. Hell, even best friends of different genders run away from ever telling their best friends sometimes. Not everyone can face it and just tell the other person. Hachi chose to run. He shouldn't have just left Ritsu without saying anything tho. It's kinda messed up to just disappear and never tell your own best friend why or goodbye. But geez, all these comments calling him these names. I hope that new friend just turns out to be only a friend. I hate the trope where there needs to be a third wheel for them to sort it out and not everyone has to be gay in these stories.

So... I assume the sister is a bro-con and the scary, obsessive kind. I'm not sure if the sister would be satisfied even if Zinan tells her his secret. Seems she's hell-bent on him being with her only forever cuz of her sacrifices for him. Liu Ye is bad for dating the sister to get to the brother though. I don't really condone making use of people. Doesn't matter if the sister is doing the same. Both of them are very much in the wrong here. Zinan's surrounded by selfish, obsessive people. His only support seems to be Xixi.
OMG~ Yohan and Moogyeong are practically living together. This is so cute. But yes, I agree with everyone about learning more of Yuri's story. The snarky best friend should have some happy moments in his life too.
Erm... I'm not really fond of high schoolers with adults. However, if they get together and he waits for Akari to turn 18, then fine. Age is just a number, sure, but only when you're legal. I know 20 is actually considered you being an adult in Japan because they have the coming of age ceremonies and stuff at age 20. At least wait for Akari to finish high school. I could care less about the age gap, just him being a minor at the moment this is happening. But at least it's not a teacher. That one is the worst trope ever for me. I'll still read this, but probably will be uncomfortable since I'm a bit prudish when it comes to minors. Also, I'm assuming the bartender guy isn't that much older than him. Max is probably 25. If he is much older, then yeah, please keep it in your pants until he gets out of high school. There's a few I've read where they do have a significant age gap but at least those guys waited for them to graduate/turn 18/19 and that's all I ask.

Oh why did it have to have a sad ending?!?! I'll just pretend that they ran away together and lived happily ever after.
And of course the seme character would blackmail the clearly traumatized gay uke character for coerced sex (pretty much rape). Well, yet another one to add to the no list. When will this rape/blackmail -> love type of plots stop? Can't the love interest just be a decent human and want to offer support and comfort?

Since most Yaoi authors tend to be female, I don't understand why they would use the rape/blackmail trope to establish a relationship. Doesn't matter what gender the character is, rape is rape and there is no justification for the victim to ever continue to be in a relationship with the abuser. It's just messed up that there are so many yaoi mangas that use this as a plot device to bring 2 males together... Even other countries BL stories use this trope too. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
That second story pissed me off. Younger boy should go find himself a better man. The older one didn't even give a shit about the younger one's feelings at all and is quite selfish. I can see that communication would be a huge issue between them as their relationship continues. I doubt the older one even knows that he was in the wrong for blatantly disregarding the younger one. If you can't even take the time to just send a text that you're going to be busy at work to your lover who's been worried, you guys might as well not be dating.
I want more of each chapter. They are so fluffy and cute!
