High probability that even tho they both liked each other yeongwoon backed out at last minute because of seo-in's brother who likes seo-in because they are not blood related and seo-in still hasn't forgiven and forgotten about yeongwoon about leaving him
So for what I got from last ep, is that maybe Jaewon (Seoin’s older brother) may have known about Yeongwoon liking Seoin (since he’s being haunted by him¿?), and maybe he confronted him about it. But who knows, I’m intrigued to know about their past and what was the real cause of them stopping being friends.
