But seriously, just read it. It's short but man is it funny as hell.
One of the most romantically theme story I have read. Sure it has its cheesy moments but... its a story where love is so central to it's characters and worldbuilding. Reading this when i was young, still in school, and finding my ways really helped me somehow. There are certain parts that sticks to me even until now that im an adult. So yeah, if ya have the time go read it, maybe some parts of the story will stick to you just like it did to me.
My favourite line, and the line that I think best represent this work, is this:
"When Nadia, The holy queen, is in danger. I, the king of Beast, will come... When her decendants are in danger, my decendants will come... To save them"
Such a showof a love and devotion that transcend time and generations of people. It's a beautiful line for a beautiful story.
