The novel isn't out, and certainly won't be for some time. There are still 5 "Kiss me.." stories missing, I don't think she would write a story about Josh and Chase's kids before those are done.
Cecil's eyes were drawn blue, not purple. And it was never mentioned that he manifested.
They messed up Chase eyes in KMIYC, in the flashback when he was a child his eyes should have been still blue, since him manifesting later was the difference to his other dominant alpha siblings. And he actually wore colered lenses and an eyepatch for the movie role, but they also ignored that.
Why Cecil is crossdressing and into Spence is part of an KML extra that wasn't adapted to manhwa.
