I think this BL manhwa was fairly popular but i cant seem to find it so pls if anyone can help me!! Plot was something like this:
- Mc (he had a curly brown hair?) and his bestie has been friends a long time, MC considers his bestie like his family. But bestie feels a different way and is in love with MC.
- bestie decides to confess his feelings to MC and MC didnt act the best way. Some things happen and the bestie dies??? This traumatized MC bcs he felt like it was his fault it happened.
- somehow MC got sent back in time to his highschool days. His bestie is still alive but atp in time they arent friends yet at all. Infact Bestie is actually a little hostile towards MC.
- Bestie's family werent the best so when MC tried to be his friend again, bestie got extremely suspicious thinking that mc was just a spy working for his family and not being genuine.
- the whole story mc was extremely anxious about how to ensure Bestie doesnt meet the same death he did in the original timeline.

So in their world people have animal forms?? And MC despite acting all tough has a very cute small puppy dog form. Meanwhile the ML has a big wolf/predator form?? I forgot how but MC transformed into his small dog form infront of Male Lead and ML fell in love and took him in while MC is still in his cute dog form. MC tries to pretend to be just a normal dog and not get discovered as a human while thinking how to get away. but ends up sympathizing with ML's life situation (i think ML was part of some big company/family and has a lot of stress)
MC became reluctant to leave bcs he knows ML thjnks of his dog form as a comfort but ends up leaving when a caretaker/older brother figure that he respects asks him to come back. Turns out the guy is scum and tried to sell MC off, but thankfully ML managed to save MC. ML reveals hes known MC was a shapeshifter from the start and was okay with that and then MC goes back with ML.....
That's about where i left the story so if anyone can help me find it, pls!! I hope my description is good enough....
