At the top right of the screen where you have the three horizontal lines, if you click that you should see the option to switch between mobile or desktop.

It's basically a site where you can read fanfictions/stories about your favourite anime characters being shipped with one another. It doesn't matter if it's canon or not. You can also write and post a story if you want.
Example: I like Atsushi and Chuuya being shipped together from Bungo stray dogs. But the anime isn't about romance or bl so, I'll seach the ship on ao3 and the stories will come up.
Example 2: If the manhwa/manhua is popular and the characters you ship aren't together, then you can search on the site and there might be a story about them.
