the people who are cheering for Rick…he slut shamed the mc tried to force himself on him both sexually and romantically. he is a creep and lowkey a predator. he knows the mc doesn’t love him romantically but tried to force something that wasn’t there and got angry that he couldn’t - he almost got physically violent with the mc. he is a loser and i am so glad he is out of the mc’s life. the characters were all terrible but this was apparently the authors first work so I’ll just ignore this and wait for a new release from her.
