please do not tell me the whole manhwa is like this.. i know it’s a webtoon that requires scrolling but reading one chapter was enough to piss me off. it takes about 6-7 scrolls to read one chat bubble and another 7-8 scrolls to get to the next chat bubble. the chat bubble literally takes up the span of the screen. the length between these scrolls were so damn long, by the time i finished one conversation, i didn’t know wtf they were talking about anymore bc of how long it took me to get through the whole thing.
compare this to any other manhwa i was reading, they at least have better spatial awareness and draw backgrounds where several bubbles and narratives happen in the length of one screen span.
the ending was rushed however that did not make the story dookie for me bc honestly given the author’s track record, for a second the narrative made me feel like the MC was gonna die or something. but SPOILERS they ended up together bc jiho needed to take time to sort his shit out and be a HUMAN BEING instead of an empty vase. for me, it was worth the read. but y’all are so dramatic you’re acting like the whole thing was written badly because the ending was rushed. they got together in the end like what more do you want? be glad jiho didn’t fucking die bruh bc he definitely was going that direction for at least 20 chapters
usually ppl complain when the story is about rape and toxic red flags and now ppl are complaining bc it’s a short story and has no drama bc the ML is a sweet crybaby top BE FOR REAL. the story is sweet i totally recommend it

but it’s clear to me from the very beginning, the first chapter that FL has never thought of her neighbors as her real family. she keeps going on about repaying them and that she owes them for raising her. in her mind, there’s already a big line drawn bc she feels like she’ll never fit in anywhere. yall are saying she sees ML as a big brother substitute but everytime she interacts with him, she always blushes and describes having an uncomfortable feeling. like are we reading the same manhwa????
i’m aware both the MC and ML are not okay… in fact i wish they would take the dark parts of their personalities and lean more into it, get heavy into it… i think the manhwa is not doing enough and that makes this whole thing not as convincing to those who want a complex dark story and morally grey characters

the way ML has been possessive and manipulating wooju is weird don’t get me wrong but the professor makes my spine tingle with sirens and red alarms idk why he feels way more dangerous especially since his meeting with wooju he has known that he’s been sleeping with ML. it feels like he wants wooju because it’s a game or something that’s not his idk just a feeling

this is what i call making random stuff up so you can drag out the story. there's no real need to conceal her identity if no one even knows her 10 years into the future. it was interesting at first but now it's more like unnecessary plot devices to create misunderstanding
i do not see how they’re gonna survive the government hunting them down.. usually in apocalypse settings that really means they get hurt and run away forever to a place where the government cant reach them. also does anybody know if there will be a love triangle after this? bc of that one dude who accidentally received guiding seems pretty off the rails already
