uke pride's activites

I'm looking for a yaoi manhwa with a specific scene. So i remember that uke was kidnapped and then drugged by the kidnapper. Because he has been drugged, he thinks that the kidnapper was seme and have sex with them. If i remember correctly, the kidnapper is seme's rival in business (?) or mafia some type of shit. I also remember that uke had his ankle badly injured/cracked during the kidnapping. If you know the title please let me know!

Recommend me some Isekai straight manhwas that includes a obsessive or protective male lead please
