I don't think the romance is forced, don't forget that it like a video game, so there conditions to fulfill one mission...plus like when the dragon appeared, there is something that makes the FL and sedin similar in there life experience, that probably why their going step by step in that direction too...the FL isn't from this world and the dragon did said sedin is somehow "special" too...we gonna know someday
