Its a BL manga i think, not sure if it is just shounen ai or yaoi and all I remember is that the mc goes back to his hometown, meets his friends there (but he is kind of awkward around them), and like at night after their reunion party at his home, because all parents and them of course are really close like family already, i think someone gave him a hickey(i dont remember clearly) and he is suspecting that one of his friends did it but which one.. as he pondered... one of his friends tells him he knows who gave him that but continue to tease him and be a jerk...
