I've seen it in a fanfiction before. The concept of it is that the name of your fated one is on your body but no one can read it except for your match. I think this is a variation where after spending time with your match their name appears on your body/vice versa and only the people in the match can read it.
So basically something to show as like proof. Almost like a marriage certificate
