first problem i have is with the memory loss trope
IT'S NOT HANDLED WELL AT ALL
why add it what the fuck is it, how does it impact the story, and if it does make it make sense, his behavior is not of someone who doesn't have his memory...
second, jihoo man his character is not done well at all, loves his brother or whatever is supposed to be cunning and vicious but i don't feel anything from him except for mysterious confused vibes
third, the plot doesn't flow properly, it could've been such a good story about the greedy rich father who adopted children just to showcase them around and get benefits but it's just weirdly done
overall i wanted the story to be stronger, the potential was there, even the romance got wasted... oh man

Read it!! It's actually a lot more detailed in the novel, you can actually understand jun's thought better in the novel as well as how complicated their relationship is. Give it a try!!
it was just fine, the cyberpunk elements could be more, at time it didn't feel cyberpunk-y, the plot was also weak, i didn't also feel the romance but i liked them
the story had so much potential but the translation is all over the place i like the premise but seriously what is this even if it's problematic give some whipping or development

Reading the novel is really it. Tbh the novel is short-written (simple words), the manhwa adds more details than the novel itself

But yeah, go read the novel. It's more satisfying. The manhwa adaptation fasten the pace. Maybe the main story will end in this 2nd season (judging by the pace)

You should read the novel and the manhua(even if the manhua isn't done yet). I found the novel to have sometimes very confusing descriptions because it's written in first pov and the manhua adaptation cleared some scenes I just couldn't picture in my mind. It helps that a little.
