And it was always clear and repeated before they came to an understanding that she wasn’t their real sister. What’s more after the death of the Ernst couple, Hari went to live with the two youngest brothers at the blue haired family, and they basically grew up there. She didn’t see Eugene for like 10 years, so while she connected with the other two brothers, that didn’t happen with him. To me they are more like childhood friends. That’s why I get why you are feeling weirded out but don’t totally agree with it.
