No, he is not. The Male lead is thought to be a womanizer, but in reality he is not, you understand it later. Trust me, he is worth it. Unfortunately I dropped the story because of what happened in chapter 80 with the 2nd male lead being the worst being ever. I mean. if you prefer your girl getting raped than killing her future rapist, sure, go along. But I'm going to drop the manhwa because I can't pretend that the author gave me reason to like him.

I still think he’s not a red flag and in fact it shows that he’s been honest so far. I think the phrase “you don’t understand how much I like you” after the kiss and going for another, can entail that even with the side effects of nausea he likes him to keep kissing. This is under the assumption that the vomiting isn’t of his volition. Something out of his control, whether the body before memory loss is rejecting or bc he’s actually undead. His character seems very simple in the sense he does what he likes and doesn’t what dislikes.
