I didn't even think much of it till you pointed it out. But when I reread it, I was like, that is SOOOO Baren!!! (≧∀≦) I'll be super surprised if it wasn't him crossdressing
I feel like it's him as well. Baren was there when Sakchi was protecting Yuzuki from the Iga. And that flash back, Okuni looked like she knew what Yuzuki was saying even though it wasn't her that was there but Baren.

WT* is this ?!?! That's the worse adaptation i've ever read... the novel was good but this... It's just... soulless... the story's pace is quick as F*, no explanations or details whatsoever... the only thing i want to say is "Thanks" for breaking my hope... i really wanted that novel to get an adaptation... but if they were planning to make it a soulless summary... they should have aboard the idea... what a waste of time...
