When comforting a friend a hug and kiss to a forehead “when conscious“ is acceptable and only when friend is distress and giving words to encourage that they will get though/find the answer. Not acceptable is to kiss/making out on lip and bad mouthing the other person while holding feelings for friend because your purposely trying to sway their feelings to you because you solely believe your the one.
