I think people are way more into criticising the fact that it's still ongoing and much less on how very thorough the author has been making this series. And I get that; I was also pretty annoyed and prissy too because I thought it would already be completed. But mind you, I stopped picking up the series after the whole fight with Arlo where John revealed his power, so I was pretty bummed there's more to show for it (because I thought this series was just about John and his reveals and shit). But after rereading it until this chapter, I just realised and understand that there's more to the story than just John. There's a secret organisation rioting against the authority, fighting back against injustice, and their own stories flesh out the characters. Everyone there is a main character, so the story needs to explore each and every one and everything to get to the point. Reading this, makes me realise that the author had already have this planned out and is determined/passionate enough to have her story be told, so who am I to rush things when it's HER story. I appreciate how she didn't rush things and actually let things play out rather than leaving it half-arsed. Every chapter is always fun and exciting, though I do admit there are some that make me want to skip them because I want to see the end goal, but I understand to get to that point is for them to go through other means first, so I would rather have an author whose goals are clear and characters are fleshed out throughout her stories than an author who ends it for the sake of ending it. You can't just leave it up as it is without addressing any of the big elephants in the room. Looking at you, JJK, and every other manga/webcomic ever.

Also, why is everyone so hung up on the fact that the series takes like 10 years...?? This is such a common occurrence in the webcomics/manga community that's like, so understandable ?? They need to plan out the story and figure out a very tangible storyline all throughout. That's already difficult in itself. She also made them chased by the authorities and imprisoned, and their actions keep fucking it up to get them into deeper shit, like that actually made sense. Like fighting the goddamn authority, I expect you to have the most difficult time here. She didn't make them too comfortable with their lives nor too unhappy; some authors do that, and she found a happy medium to it, so I keep enjoying each chapter again and again.

I've been letting this marinate for a little bit, I'm at around 108 chapter, but I'm wondering if the "Hero" has finally been revealed ^^?? I know he has a small appearance in the earlier chapters but I am curious if he's around now. So please help me out with this >< Thank youuuu
