I went on a 30 minutes tangent about this story but I will sum it up like this: the reincarnation plot could’ve been removed completely and the story would have barely been affected. Holy disappointment

if you ask me, Shounen AI always have better plots anyways compared to yaoi. In yaoi the plots always get derailed in order to make sure the characters have sex
