If you look you can see the shirt in the trash can with blood on it, though he probably did want a moment to himself. Seems to me he's becoming conflicted with his feelings
I think that Yashiro was turned on when Doumeki started to wipe him down that's why he went into a fetile position so that Doumeki wouldn't see him. Yashiro made an excuse to make him step out so he could finish in private.

Yashiro asked doumeki to remove the lace from his penis's root right..?? so when he says "don't go with the flow" he must mean that he was warning doumeki to not do anything more than actually asked for.. that is for example not to start giving yashiro a hand job out of the blue... :P

I don't hate Senou, but I thought the same thing. I'm thinking Tomoki will have a side story where he gets a man. And it'll likely be better than the main one.
