I read a story where it was a villain, she was married off/engaged to another family, she was either reincarnated or transmigrated, like she remembered certain stuff, but not everything. Like her body would freak out around her brother and she doesn't know why until she remembers he tried to drown her. Obviously her family was abusive. "I though it was a Common Isekai story" reminded me of it for some reason. （/TДT)/
