Never read the main story so I can only judge the characters by what I see here.
I condone none of that trash ass top’s behaviour but I do hold some small shred of pity for him. A pathetic person but he’s also a victim in his own right, clearly being mentally and physically abused, both likely since childhood (neglect is still emotional abuse!) It doesn’t excuse his behaviour in the slightest, but he’s a pretty broken person himself. At least he realized it I guess..? Shame he had to utterly ruin someone’s life to reach that conclusion.
Story should have ended when Minho walked out and the both of them get therapy and fix their lives instead of falling into a toxic codependent relationship but the story was never about that, so eh.
At least the last few chapters were almost somewhat cathartic. Much as I do kinda pity the top, it was satisfying seeing him wholly miserable, he did deserve a wake up call that his actions have, surprisingly, consequences.
Anyway Minho did some bad stuff but he deserves better. Both y’all get help.
