When I was in high school, around sophomore year I think, a teacher got caught sexting and sending dick pics to female students. The school did the right thing and fired his sorry ass. Isekai. It just got so over saturated that there’s no interesting ones. And to piggyback off of isekai, anything about being in a video game worlds. Too many stories in that bland genre to sift through I got better shit to read.

I cannot fathom trying to make an argument for incest plots. If I’m trying to read/watch something the last thing I wanna see is siblings or cousins bumping uglies. And then it’s romanticized like it’s some sort of star crossed lovers shit. reply
Never had a fluffy romance phase. I’m not gonna cry over some teenagers doing the will they/won’t they thing. It’s also not worth it when it’s a slow burn. I sadly read a pretty shitty one that ruined it for me so to me a slow burn romance is just another term for ‘waste your time’. 1 reply
