What horrible pacing, it feels like they are skimming trough events without further explanation like a bulldoze, the characters dont even get to finish their lines before we go to the next scene, the romance is meh, feels more like hes worshipping her than love, its not that bad but it needs more work, whats bad is the world building, we barely get to see anything as the author interrupts any form of storytelling, explanation, we rarely see a protagonist with a sibling in a isekai and hes barely there, barely talks nor get to do anything. The story needs more work.

One of my favorite stories, the author did a very good job with this work. I wished the author would do a sequel with chang redemption arc, the cute mafia overlord side stories, more ed and glen content and finally an explanation as to why chang dint pay the medical bills or offered the loan with low or no interest, they never delve into why the arrangements was so bad for ed
They did explain why Chang put him in debt. He wanted emotional distance from Ed, but he also wanted to keep Ed tied to him and unable to escape. Putting him in debt achieved that.
To this day i consider dark heaven to be the best bl of all time, it not only had a compelling plot but it also talked about topics that no other artist in the genre dare touching and the main couple was beautifully written, i only wish the author had continue the story with a sequel or more seasons

I love how quick they resolve everything, no 300 filler arc nor stupid shenanigans, wish they could do a second season going more in depth about the characters life after the main story ended to wrap up all loose ends
