Yeah this trope is trash but I never get sick of it. And yet… this story has just been getting worse and worse especially the last few chapters. They’re just going around in circles: “Have you changed your mind yet?” “No.” “Okay I’ll come back in a month.” ~~next chapter~~ “Have you changed your mind yet?” “No.” “Okay, I’ll come back in a week.” Like, fuuuuuuuuuuu

one of the reason this trope is ass is how predictable it is lol we all love the drama and pining but we know the characters are gonna be so melodramatic and annoying about it for way too long
I could read this trope over and over Ngl I just hate when the story kinda gets stuck in a loop or a flat patch for too long in the middle. And suddenly a month has passed (for us IRL lol) and we’re pretty much still reading the same situation 4 or 5 chapters later.
Do you have any recs for this trope?
Ummm… off the top of my head: Struggle, It’s my baby!, Final Stop, The Alpha’s bride (though this is incomplete and hasn’t been updated in a long time AND the translation isn’t great in the later chapters), How to snag an alpha, Maguffin, Butler, usotsuki na tsugai. And then I guess the big ones you’ve probably already read: Love is an illusion, Kiraide Isasete, Blood Link, Kashikomarimashita, but I guess those are just kind of mpreg in general.

Yuujin has to be one of my most favourite alphas. There's always a bit of a wait between chapters/uploads which is enough time for me to forget why I love him so much, because at first glance, whenever I come back to anti alpha, he doesn't look like the typical hot alpha...
