The series has been apparently axed, and mangaupdates also says that the series has been completed and axed at 100 chapters, honestly such a tragedy, especially since this one had a decent somewhat coherent plot

On L3zh1n Korea the notice actually said it was actually due to the artist's circumstances, and the author hasn't posted on their twitter for basically two years... I can only hope and pray the author/artist is safe and healthy, cause they seemed genuinely excited in their last message
