the testis only produce about 5% of the total volume of semen and the rest is actually secreted by the prostate and seminal vesicles therefore yan can still ejaculate without his balls. his semen just no longer contains any sperms.
well they cut off his balls so he wont reproduce. it means he wont create sperm cells but he can still create semen. semen is the white fluid that sperms cells swim. thus the sac that creates sperm is different with the sac that creates semen. sorry english i cannot be.
