I been reading this manga for more than a decade. Kaname, Yuuki and Zero, tbh midway of the story i couldn't tell how this will end, these 3 love each other but at the same time too greedy.
When Kaname gave his heart to the furnace, ngl, I was upset, coz I thought he suffered the most and thinking deeply about it, he saved Yuuki and Zero's lives in so many instances but at the same time he is the one who most sinned out of the 3 of them. Watching Yuuki matured and have children, i wished how Kaname could had experienced it... I think Memories filled that longing gap. People might see is not a good ending because it is not a happy ending... But for some of us who had read so many Vampire stories, this is the best ending you can give to this beings.... Turning into ashes next to the person you love after the thousand of years living in this planet. The things they had received, lost and forgiven could never amount to this moment.

I love Raga, the novel is great. But this scene probably the hardest to swallow. Gable doesn't really think about himself's worth. He likes him so he let it go and was glad it won't be awkward for the both of them. This scene also shows how less Gable thinks of himself and how much Xinlu think of himself more... They both fit each other.
